Information on personal data at the data subject pursuant to Article 13 GDPR (effective May 25, 2018)
Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), the following information is provided, consistent with the principle of transparency, in order to make you aware of the characteristics and methods of data processing:

(c) Purpose of processing, legal basis and legitimate interest
The processing of personal data requested from the data subject is carried out for the following purposes:
1) service delivery
2) marketing
The legal basis for processing is your willingness to finalize the contract.
The processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller to fulfill the contractual obligations entered into between the parties.
The lawfulness of the processing is based on the manifestly expressed consent of the data subject, including via e mail or website.
(d) Recipients and any categories of recipients of personal data.
Data are processed within the institution by authorized data processors under the responsibility of the Data Controller for the purposes stated above.
Data may be disclosed to the following external data processors who have entered into specific agreements, conventions or memoranda of understanding, contracts with the data controller.
The data may be communicated to suppliers or collaborators for better performance of the assignment.
(e) Data transfer to third country
The Controller will not transfer of data to a third country or to an international organization, unless there is an adequacy decision of the Commission or, reference to appropriate or adequate safeguards and the means to obtain a copy of such data or the place where it has been made available (in the case of transfers under Article 46 or 47, or Article 49, second paragraph GDPR).

Personal data will be kept for an indefinite period of time and in any case for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
(g) Rights to the data
Please note that you may exercise the following rights with regard to your personal data:
- Right of access to his or her personal data; right to obtain the rectification or erasure of such data or the restriction of processing concerning him or her;
- Right to object to processing;
- Right to data portability (right applicable only to data in electronic format), as governed by Article 20 of the GDPR.
Please be informed that since the data processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679 You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before the withdrawal.

Personal data, according to Art. 4, first paragraph (a) GDPR means: “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person («data subject»); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference in particular to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more features of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.”.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.

Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of an e-mail address to the addresses indicated on the Site, as well as the sending of messages through the published Collection Forms, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address and any other personal data entered, necessary to respond to requests. Specific summary information may be reported or displayed, from time to time and where strictly necessary, on the pages of the Site set up for particular services on request.
SCOPE OF DATA CIRCULATION
No data will be disclosed or transferred to third parties except with the express and specific consent of the person concerned.
Where communication to third party suppliers or partners of the Controller should be necessary for organizational, administrative or support needs of the services provided, it will be the responsibility of the Controller to provide for the appointment of the latter as data processors, by virtue of their demonstrated capacity, experience and reliability.
It is understood that users' personal data may be freely disclosed to third parties, such as police forces, whenever this is permitted by law or required by an order or measure of a competent authority.
Personal data of users of the Site will not be transferred abroad, to those countries outside the European Union that do not ensure adequate levels of personal data protection. Where this proves necessary for the purposes of providing the requested service, it will be the responsibility of the Data Controller to request specific consent from the data subject or otherwise act in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The Owner neither controls nor has any way of supervising the content, nor the personal data processing policies, of third party websites and services accessible through links contained within the Site. The Owner, therefore, cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the processing carried out through or in relation to such third-party sites.
Therefore, users are urged to exercise caution in this regard by reviewing the terms of use and privacy policies posted on the portals they visit.
COOKIE POLICY
This document is prepared by PTA Group S.r.l. (hereinafter also referred to as the “Owner”), as the owner of the processing of personal data, resulting from the navigation within the websites https://ptagroup.it; (hereinafter, the “Site”). The information below complies with the provisions of the provision of the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of May 8, 2014, containing Identification of the simplified procedures for information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies (hereinafter, the ’Cookies Provision“)
The Owner wishes to inform you that its Site uses cookies in order to improve the browsing experience of its users.
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
