Public perception is also (and sometimes especially) formed through services that facilitate visitation and elevate the quality of time spent in Shopping Places. PTA Group has invested in the study and creation of quality hosting services that provide the mix of added value and attention that distinguishes a marketing lever from a mere due act.

Many of these services make use of selected staff (brand ambassadors and refillers), trained and managed by PTA HFACTOR, the Group's human capital subsidiary that animates many of the services provided daily by PTA Group to Shopping Places, Brands and Retailers.

Conciergerie services are currently available in about 30 Shopping Places.

  • Techback to collect second hand electronic devices

  • Customer support and information service for contests, events, and prize events

The audience experience is now also enriched by additional services and opportunities, integrated with the omnichannel concept. For this PTA Group has specialized in the management of lockers and vending machines, two different types of services that help make the experience assured to visitors of Shopping Places complete and comprehensive.

Lockers

With years of experience in operational management of Lockers dedicated to C&C service, we offer a service that covers all stages, from planning to daily operations. Our expertise enables us to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operation, supporting your business. We are partners in managing the Locker service of: InPost, BRT, LOCKERITALIA and GLS.

Automated Retail
